Nextgen has secured the 3-year Financial Clearing contract for T-2 Slovenia following falling customer service levels from their existing supplier.
T2 previously decided to stick with a supplier who provided other services to them, but grew increasingly concerned with their Service Delivery roaming hub not functioning properly and poor technical support.
Nextgen presented a clear and straight-forward migration plan with dedicated customer support and account management to ensure a smooth implementation.
